Organic Hulled Millet
We have been grinding flour for over 30 years. For us, there is nothing better than baked goods made with fresh ground flour. Millet can be ground into flour for making non-yeast baked goods or it can be prepared similar to rice for a whole grain meal.
We love this product because it is organic certified and non-GMO. It is also gluten free for those with dietary concerns. Since this is a plant based product, it is suitable for those on a vegetarian diet.
We have found this product to store well under proper conditions.
